AKPworx is an Irish design and small-batch manufacturing business based in Co. Limerick. We develop practical products for workshops, mechanics, agriculture, industry and motorsport.
Our roots are in karting, where small improvements in organisation, protection and service equipment can make a real difference. That same problem-solving approach now runs through everything we make.
From AKP Racing to AKPworx
AKPworx is the next step in the business that began as AKP Racing. The original karting products and motorsport focus remain part of the range, but the new name reflects where the business is going: workshop organisation, hydraulic and industrial protection, practical service products and custom manufacturing alongside motorsport.
If you previously bought from AKP Racing, you are in the right place. The products, support and problem-solving approach continue under the AKPworx name.
Designed and manufactured in-house
We design, prototype and manufacture our products in-house, allowing us to refine ideas quickly, produce in small batches and develop solutions that larger manufacturers often overlook.
Built around the job
We focus on useful parts: workshop organisation, tool and battery storage, hydraulic and component protection, service aids and motorsport equipment. The manufacturing method comes second to the job the product needs to do.
